Domestic Shipping

Orders are sent via Australia Post with transit cover and signature on delivery.

Standard delivery is $15
Express Delivery is $20

We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to the sender, shipping charges will apply to resend the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.

We can send you a quote for shipping.

When will my order arrive?

Unframed prints, processing time is between 10-15 days. Framed prints, processing time is 30 days.

DAMAGED ORDER

We always package our items to ensure safe delivery, however sometimes things just happen within transit. If this occurs, please take photos of the item ordered and the packaging how it was delivered to the best of your ability.

Please email info@cynthialee.com.au with the images of how your order arrived to you and we can look into it further.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase you need to notify Cynthia via email info@cynthialee.com.au within 3 days of receiving your prints.

If you simply change your mind you will not receive a refund as all prints are custom printed and framed for you, meaning Cynthia has printed and framed them especially for you.
